Shipping & Returns
How we pack and deliver your order across India, what delivery costs, and how returns work.
Delivery
Delivery is free on orders of ₹1 or more. On orders below ₹1, a flat ₹1 delivery fee is added at checkout.
Orders are dispatched from the studio in 1–2 working days. Posters ship rolled in a hard tube; framed prints ship flat with the corners protected. Crochet is packed to keep its shape.
Payment
Pay online with UPI, cards, netbanking, or wallets via Razorpay — we never see your card details — or choose cash on delivery and pay when your order arrives. Paying online saves you an extra 5%.
Returns & damage
Shop posters and crochet have 7 days to be returned, starting from the day they arrive. A custom poster is made to order and can only be returned if the print is faulty.
Damaged in transit? Send us a photo and we’ll reprint it, no questions asked.
