- Where can I buy wall posters online in India?
- Nora Gifts sells hand-picked wall posters in aesthetic, workspace, kitchen, and motivation themes, with free delivery across India. Browse at noragifts.com/shop?category=poster.
- What poster sizes do you offer?
- Most posters are available in A4, A3, and framed A4. Size and price are shown on each product page before you add to cart.
- Do you sell crochet too?
- Yes. Handmade crochet is in the shop alongside posters. Magazines are made to order via the magazine builder at /start.
Magazines & your photos
- How do I make a personalised photo magazine in India?
- Start at noragifts.com/start. Pick a page shape, upload photos in the builder, arrange the pages, preview, and place your order. You can also message us on WhatsApp if you would rather we design it for you.
- Are my magazine photos uploaded to your servers?
- No. While you design in the magazine builder, your photos stay on your device only (saved in your browser). We never receive your image files at checkout, just your album title, page shape, and page count.
- When are my magazine photos deleted?
- As soon as you place your order. The moment checkout succeeds, Nora Gifts clears all magazine photos from your browser. Nothing stays on your device after that unless you saved a PDF yourself.
- How do you print my magazine without my photos on the server?
- After you order, we contact you on the phone number you give us, usually on WhatsApp, to collect your photos or a PDF from the builder. Your choices (page count, page shape, title) are saved on the order so we know what to print.
- Can I download a PDF of my magazine before ordering?
- Yes. Use the PDF button in the builder or preview to save a copy on your device. The PDF is made in your browser; we do not store it unless you send it to us for printing.
Orders, delivery & payment
- Does Nora Gifts deliver across India?
- Yes, free delivery across the country. Posters and shop items usually ship in 2–3 working days. Custom magazines are printed in small batches after you confirm your photos.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Cash on delivery is always available. You can also pay online with UPI, cards, netbanking, or wallets via Razorpay.
- How do I track my order?
- Use the order link from your confirmation screen, or go to noragifts.com/orders and enter your order number. You’ll see updates as we prepare, print, and ship it.
- What is your return policy?
- Shop posters: 7-day returns if the item isn’t right. Custom magazines and personalised prints are made just for you, so they can’t usually be returned unless the print is faulty. Contact us and we’ll make it right.
Privacy & data
- What personal data do you collect at checkout?
- Name, phone number, and delivery address. That is all we need to complete your order and contact you. Payment details are handled by Razorpay; we do not store your card or UPI details.
- What about custom poster photos?
- If you order a custom poster, your image is uploaded to our secure storage so we can print it. We use it only for your order. We never sell it or use it for marketing.
